This is a 2-piece (top and short skirt) set.  The top can not be sold seperately.   The size is ONE SIZE FITS ALL, sizes Small to Womens's 1XL.  The waistband is stretch and there is a belt.  Set includes a headwrap that can be used as a bow for the dress OR as a head wrap.   Sleeves are 3/4 length and scalloped at the edge.  
 
Skirt is falls slightly below the knee and is NOT floor length.    Color is a deep fuschia pink with lime green circle accents in lightweight African print fabric.
